Clinic Policies + Entry Criteria

  • Clients who are unable to attend a scheduled appointment should inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Clients who cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged $35.00.

  • Clients who do not show or cancel less than 24 hours in advance for more than 3 appointments within a year may be refused further service.

  • Clients who arrive late may also be refused service. Initial clients who are more than five minutes late will not be seen; pre-existing clients who are more than ten minutes late will not be seen.

  • All clients, and potential clients, will be treated equally.

  • We adhere to human rights and privacy requirements.

  • A suitably qualified and experienced practitioner will assess entry to our service and answer any queries.

  • Complete Podiatry’s qualified and experienced practitioners are Rebecca Gifford, Madi Wyle, and Mia Clarke.

  • All clients will be registered and recorded, and all information collected will be entered into our medical software system.

  • The client or their representative can complete a Complete Podiatry consent form. Assistance may be provided by the practitioners or receptionist staff. Once the initial information has been completed, the assessment of entry will be undertaken by a registered podiatrist.
